Dear Teresa and Stacy,

As Fujiko and I prepare to move from our New Bern apartment to our Newport house, we just wanted to express in writing a warm "thank you" for your tireless efforts in guiding us through the home-buying process.  You were with us every step of the way and never faultered in your committments to us, and would recommend you to all!

The painting is almost complete and you'd hardly recognize the house in it's new coat of ultra white!
